Deadly Sins and Cardinal Virtues

For my class Digital Life I have been working on a series of the deadly sins and cardinal virtues.  They are done with micron and the color is added digitally.  The frames are watercolor, scanned and added in photoshop.

This piece is the last for my Background Painting class.  It was part of what my teacher calls the Randomness assignment - i.e. we all cover a page of paper with paint, then use a bit of that abstract image as inspiration for a layout that we then turn into a painting.

My 4th painting as a reinterpretation of Moulin rouge.  This one is a visual representation of Satine's song Someday I'll Fly Away

Last Real Man

This is one of the last of the real men in my Real Man Zine.  A couple more might follow (title page and whatnot) but this is the last full illustration.  Done with micron pens and digital color.
